At Stretch, I bring together my passion for movement, recovery, and fitness to help you feel your best— whether you’re easing aches and pains, building strength, or chasing fitness goals.
As a biokineticist, I work with clients to manage pain, recover from injuries, and improve overall function.
I am an avid ice plunger, and love running Ice Bath Workshops.
I am also the proud coach of Stretch Run Club - where I help runners of all levels achieve their goals, build confidence, and enjoy the journey—celebrating every step and crossing finish lines together.

Ice Bath Workshop
This 1.5-hour workshop includes stretching, breathwork, and an exhilarating ice plunge to rejuvenate your body and mind. Workshops are held multiple times per month and include up to 10 participants.

Private Plunge
This 40-minute session offers a more intimate experience, featuring stretching, breathwork, and a refreshing ice plunge.
It's perfect for those who prefer a personalized, quiet setting to focus on their well-being and maintain their privacy while enjoying the benefits of cold

Plunge & Go
This quick 10-minute plunge is designed for experienced plungers who know the drill and love the cold! Perfect for short muscle recovery after workouts or marathons, or for anyone looking to boost their day. Whether you’re recovering or just seeking that cold plunge energy, this is an ideal weekly ritual for those already familiar with the experience. Membership options are available for avid plungers who crave their regular cold fix.
